Welcome to EWAY LLC E Scooter Company! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and products, including but not limited to the rental, purchase, and usage of our e-scooters. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Rental and Usage
Our e-scooters are available for rental subject to availability, applicable terms, and fees. By renting an e-scooter, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic laws and safety guidelines. You must meet certain requirements to rent and operate our e-scooters, refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities, and you're responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
2. Payments and Fees
Rental fees are charged based on the duration of the rental period, as specified in our pricing policies. Additional fees may apply for any extended usage beyond the agreed rental period. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the e-scooter during the rental period.
4. Refund Policy
All rental fees and charges are non-refundable. Once you have rented an e-scooter, no refunds will be provided regardless of the usage period or any other circumstances.
5. Liability for Multiple Rentals
If you rent e-scooters for multiple individuals, you assume liability for each individual you have paid for. By accepting these terms, you are also accepting them on behalf of the other riders, and you are responsible for ensuring that each rider complies with these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, associated with our brand, website, and services are the property of EWAY LLC or our licensors. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, including the rental of our e-scooters, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using our services and terminate your rental agreement by complying with our return procedures.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if required, through alternative dispute resolution methods.
